Cute little things that are tasty too. Perfect for just snacking on, (we actually send them in our kids lunchboxes, and more importantly they get eaten) or salads or sauteing. The flavor is generally sweet with just enough of a bell pepper snap to give them some body. The peppers are one and a half inches wide and around 2-3” long and ripen from green to yellow.
